Juice from 1/2 lemon 5. 1 tsp grated lemon zest 6. 1/2 tsp cumin 7. 1/4 tsp salt and pepper Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Rockfish: 1. 1/4 cup gluten free flour blend or just brown rice flour (any fine flour is fine) 2. 1 tsp ground coriander 3. 1/2 tsp kosher salt, extra to sprinkle onto fillets 4. Rockfish or red snapper fillets x4 pcs (about 2 lbs), skinned and deboned 5. 2 tbsp avocado oil Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over med high heat. Lightly sprinkle kosher salt onto both sides of each fillets. Combine flour with coriander and 1/2 tsp salt in a shallow bowl, and dredge each fillet in the seasoned flour mixture. Cook on both sides for about 3-4 mins each or until flaky and golden on the edges. To assemble open face sandwich, spread yogurt parsley sauce onto a pc of toasted bread and lay fish on top. Add arugula and avocado with tomato cubes/slices over the fish and serve immediately.

Диетические сырники в духовке: простой рецепт! Такой рецепт понравится и будет полезен для людей, которые ведут здоровый образ жизни и следят за своим питанием, а также для тех кто соблюдает пост и хочет похудеть. Давайте готовить! Ингредиенты: масло гхи или кокосовое масло - ¼ стакана стевия - 3-4 капли (можно использовать кленовый сироп 80 мл) лимонный сок - ¼ стакана или 5 ст.л. экстракт ванили - ½-1 ч.л. миндальная мука - 1-1/3 стакана (можно заменить на: размолоть миндаль, а затем просеять) кокосовая мука - 2 ст.л. (просеять) лимонная цедра - 1 ст.л. сода - ½ ч.л. соль - 1/8 ч.л. Как приготовить: 1. В большой емкости нужно растопить масло гхи или кокосовое масло (то какое решили использовать в рецепте). 2. Отдельно в небольшой миске смешиваем: экстракт ванили, стевию и лимонный сок. (Если используете кленовый сироп, то можно смешивать все ингредиенты в одной емкости с растопленным маслом). 3. Далее вливаем, получившуюся лимонную смесь, в теплое масло. Перемешиваем. 4. Теперь добавляем остальные ингредиенты: кокосовую и миндальную муку, цедру лимона, соду и соль. Хорошо перемешиваем. Если тесто сложно перемешивать, то необходимо добавить 1-2 ст.л. воды (или лимонного сока). Муки больше не добавлять. Теперь пускай тесто полежит 3-5 минут. По истечении времени поместить тесто в холодильник на 30 минут. За это время тесто застынет. 5. Нагреваем духовку до 175 градусов Цельсия. Противень застилаем пергаментной бумагой. 6. Далее из теста нужно скатать в шарики. Кладем шарики на противень и слегка прижимаем ладонью сверху - должны получиться кружочки-сырнички. 7. Ставим сырнички выпекаться в духовку: это занимает 12-15 минут в зависимости от размера. 8. По истечении время выпекания - обязательно дать сырникам остыть. Пускай лежат на противне пока не остынут, т.к. до момента остывания - сырники очень хрупкие. 9. Хранить в закрытой емкости и в холодильнике.
