3 point slide exercise that works my ankles, hips, knees and core. So often we exercise, we work out. Coz you have to work out to be healthy, right? But if our movement is wrong, we end causing injuries, pain, discomfort and eventually stop. How can something good for you be so bad? Well the key to achieving #healthymovement is simply that: moving healthily. Aka: #functionalmovement. When I first started my knee program about 6 weeks ago, I could not do this. I had to use a stick for balance and could only do very small tentative foot taps while wobbling insanely. How healthy is your SCAPULAR MOBILITY... Many of the muscles associated with neck pain either attach to the shoulder blades or have an intimate relationship with them . Restricted scapular mobility leads to poor posture in the thoracic spine and shoulders, and limits healthy movement of the arms. This causes “neck pain muscles” to activate 😖 .
