I really wanted spaghetti today so I made myself a meatball salad at work. Fuck yes. It was amazing. If you go to subway get a layered salad, spinach, green peppers, tomatoes (cut) cucumbers (cut), olives, meatballs, pepper and parmesan cheese. It is Mazing. Post work out meal/dinner: cauliflower rice, stir fry lemon ginger beef and choy sum and cucumbers. People ask me why I don’t eat real rice. I cut it out around the time I was pregnant 5 years ago when I was practicing low carb/diabetic diet (I had gestational diabetes). Carb counting was hard, and I ate rice all the time!! One day I realize I did not need it with every meal. Now I hardly eat rice and just eat a lot of veggies 😊🥒🥗

When your last day in San Diego includes some beach time, you wear your #tiusunglasses 😎 Today was a bittersweet day. It was our last day in San Diego, which was sad, but it’s nice to be home in our own beds again. Little man had the best time and it made my heart so full to share this weekend and trip with him. Best birthday present ever! No workout today except lots of walking. Meals were bad, but tomorrow I am back at it with the #tiuloveyourbody series 💪🏼 I am so excited to get back on track. I feel like a big blob right now. It’s amazing how eating clean and healthy really shows you what not so healthy choices do to your body. I am excited to be on a regular workout routine as well. Working out is my therapy and I felt it towards the end of this long weekend. I was a little more moody than normal today haha.
