⚠️ Long post ahead! I'm a blabber πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈβš οΈ 🍽 I started an @rpstrength diet about 1.5 weeks ago because I want to cut down to a good 'walk around' weight in the low to mid-130's. I was hesitant at first because looking at the template it looks like a minuscule amount of food (compared to what I'm used to eating) but it turns out it's not that bad. πŸ₯“ I started off at 146.4 and am down to 142 even. It's a lot of weight to lose in such a short amount of time so I know it's mainly water weight. Either way, I wanted to share some of the meals I've had to show that eating clean and cutting doesn't have to suck πŸ’πŸ» Below are the meals in this slideshow. They all meet the requirements on my template.. even the low carb ones.
