Exactly 2weeks after giving birth . I know it looks for you like I’m where I was pre pregnancy but it’s not true. Weight wise ,sure nearly there but what I lost mainly is muscle unfortunately. I am amazed with how much I eat and still loosing weight due to demand of #breastfeeding . As a typical #ectomorph the moment I stop working out feels like i am loosing #musclemass immediately. Am I in rush to hit the #gym? No. 1st I need to make sure I get my #posture back and heel my #diastasisrecti . I did train my body to be able to eat a lot and not put on weight.Did you know you can do that? I used to was all about #cardio and too little #calories . But the truth is we all like to eat right? I do! I make sure I don’t allow too long of the gaps between meals to keep my metabolism going ,that is a key! So I eat every 3h! I just restarted #carbcycling too. The truth is with my body type I don’t have to do it ..in fact I need a lot of carbs. Some days I don't eat breakfast.....Other days I focus on healthy fats and go for a bulletproof coffee or matcha, but THIS day (heavy leg day 😉) I need to fuel up on wholesome carbs! Plus we've just had another temperature drop so warming start required! 🤗 Cacao and vanilla protein porridge made with cashew milk and a little coconut butter (a tsp or two) stirred in to help make it extra creamy and make sure I get in some healthy fats, topped with more cacao nibs, bee pollen, sliced banana, and cinnamon (I totally went to town on the cinnamon and chucked way more on after this shot was taken!).👌👌

I cant believe i am week 4 day 4!! 🤗 i have to admit.. the past couple of days have seen extra snacking, not on foods that are off plan but lots of extra picking at nuts, dark chocolate etc. I have been beating myself up about it, its not an excuse but i do find it hard when researching for my dissertation. Its boredom thats all it is. So today as i am once again working from home, i had put my snacks in tupperwarw pots and i have my water bottle at the ready.
