Two of the most powerful words “I AM” ... what you put after them shapes your reality and I have decided that “badass” is my reality. @urbandictionary definition of badass: “A badass stays true to themselves, always. This means being themselves for themselves, and not being fake to impress others. A badass does not give up. Badasses will always push themselves for the better, no matter how hard it gets. A badass is not a jerk. A badass does not prey on the weak, and shows kindness in return to those who are kind.” Nough said. #bebadass
I have seriously learned to love the body and skin I’m in. You only have one life so why spend it dwelling and hating yourself and your own body?? Does that mean I ALWAYS love everything my body does and the way it looks? No—but I know that it does the things it does and looks the way it does because of ME. But I also love my body and myself enough to continue to take care of myself and take steps to continuously improve & enhance my confidence & self love 💙💙💙 Whenever I make a comment about “needing to get back in the gym” (or just wanting to get back to the gym) or wanting to get more toned or lose a little more weight, people always take it as me talking badly about my body but I almost always reciprocate by saying “I don’t hate my body, there’s just always room for change and improvement!” #truestory

Okay, so...first glance, this is just another post workout mirror selfie. But a year ago? I wouldn't have even been able to make eye contact with my own reflection. I look at Her, and I see Her. This otherworldly creature who has undergone such a massive internal transformation. And I f*cking love Her. So I ask you all to look...really look, meet your own gaze, and connect. See your spirit and your strength...see your Divinity. And fall in love with the gloriousness that is You. . . . #aroo #strength #strong #gratitude #passion #watchme #spartantrifecta #letsgo #spartanwomen #love #loveyourself #bebadass #bestrong
Truth bomb 💣 for you guys. We need to be aware that our environment is stronger than our willpower. What do I mean by that? If we choose to stay in an environment where people are constantly pulling us down, whether they mean well or not, our chances of manifesting our dreams are greatly diminished no matter how determined we are. ☝️ So embrace and lean on the supportive people and communities around you -- they are one of the keys to our success. 🔓😊 . 📹 Have you watched today's IG Story about STRESS? 🤔 . I wish we all could remember when we were kids. - It was definitely a time where we didn’t have to worry so much. We didn’t even understand the word stress even though we put our bodies through it. We didn’t see good and bad. We just saw the world as it is, with no judgement. We played in the moment. We dreamed bigger than our little bodies could ever imagine. We jumped on beds without care of dirty footprints. In fact the dirty footprints weren’t really considered dirty at all. They were cool or funny, for some odd reason. We didn’t lack motivation. We just did, until we just couldn’t anymore. Brown leaves were Beautiful. And a bird hopping along the window sill was mesmerizing. The idea of sleep, never stood in our way. We loved others without hesitation. We enjoyed our laughter like it was a song. No cabinet was ever too high to reach. Embarrassment wasn’t an option. Fear was unheard of. We dared. We dreamed. We lived. It was a beautiful time. A time that I am so lucky to witness everyday, but also that I wish we could all remember before the world tried to destroy our innocence. - Take sometime to remember today. Take sometime to reflect. Who were you before the world told you, you couldn’t?! And why don’t you think you can now?
Sometimes you don’t realize how much has changed until you look backward. 4 years ago today I sent an email to a life coach. Some dude I’d never spoken to personally. I emailed him and I showed him a tiny part of the real me. The truth? I was broke. Financially and emotionally. I needed help and simultaneously felt that I “needed” to keep up the image I’d spent so many years creating. He saw me. He called me on my BS after reading my 1 email. And then? He welcomed me into his tribe. Now? I’m one of his transformational agents. Lesson? Let someone see the real you. Take off your mask. Be real. Really real. Choose you. Commit to doing the work. It’s not always easy. It’s never quick. But my gosh, it’s SO worth it. What has changed? E V E R Y T H I N G. My deserve level. My self love. My self talk. My happiness. My marriage. My confidence. My self esteem. My relationship with my Mom and Dad. My friends. My career. My income. What I know for sure is when the pain of change becomes less than the pain of staying the same, you will change. And I will be here for you. #transformationagent #guidingwhileitravel #perfectlyimperfect
